Location:- Bharuch

• Responsible for all required resources and ensure all procedures and Systems are followed.
• To effectively implement Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) system as per the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Policies and QMS objectives.
• Responsible for all required resources and ensure all procedures and Systems are followed.
• To effectively implement and maintained International Quality and QEHSEn system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 & ISO 50001: 2018
• To identify risk and opportunities to effectively implement QMS.
• To identify and provide resources for statutory, regulatory requirements.
• To provide resources for internal communication.
• To provide resources for QMS documented information and data control.
• To identify & provide resources for outsourced services and service providers.
• To provide resources for identification and traceability of materials / products.
• To identify and provide resources for emergency preparedness and response.
• To provide resources for evaluation of compliance.
• To ensure good and safe working environment by way of proper training.
• To improve working conditions by ensuring good housekeeping.
• To ensure correct data entry in ERP system pertaining to dispatch and transfer entries.
• Manage to team (Logistics Executive / Assistant, Supervisor, Helpers, Operator, Driver for work allocation & shift schedule).
• Attend morning meeting of 10:00 am at plant.
• Co-Ordination at HO & Plant.
• Check Physical stock of Engineering Materials vs ERP stock statement & update on daily basis or weekly in front of management.
• Ensure for good Housekeeping in store floor for good working environment.
• Check entries for consumption entries with issue slip & ERP.
• Verify physical stock vs ERP stock with HO audit team and monitoring all record to be maintained.
• Preparing and presenting employee reviews in front of managements.
• Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed by Store team.
• Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
• Solve issues and problems of Logistics team for good team work.
• Review dispatch planning & ensure execution in time.
• Ensure to Maintenance FG warehouse & place material as per desired location only.
• Ensure & inform to QC for resampling of more than 3 month old stock at the time of dispatch before loading of vehicle.
• Verify FG tank stock on daily basis & share to HO audit team.
• Make entries & documents in ERP & Busy (dispatch advice, stock transfer, vehicle gate entry, generate packing list, weighing entry, invoice, gate pass, e way bill, e invoice) when required.
• Ensure to cross check random weight of material before loading in vehicles.
• Ensure to transfer FG full drum from FG w/h to rm store then production floor.
• Track Company own goods vehicles & keep records of Maintenance & diesel average.
• Check Log Books of forklift, Goods vehicle and sign.
• Ensure to prepare MIS reports
• Ensure to Maintenance minimum stock of Labels & Ribbon.
• Ensure to run APL goods vehicles with valid documents like insurance, fitness certificate, puc, driving licence etc.
• Ensure to reserve FG against requirement of commercial team.
