Overall Responsibility

Hospitality Services

Monitor upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure as per defined standards;Review Catering and Banquet operations;Establish a process for food court operations;Plan for employee catering;Work with vendors to fix menus and rates;Set up food courts, health club and leisure facilities;Co-ordinate visitor management;Establish ECC/guesthouses / staff hostels / dormitories and ensure operations;Take over new infrastructure and set up for operationsTo maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in F&B operations. Develop F&B workflow to meet SLAs.Ensures compliance in the area of operation.

Competencies And Experience

Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms.
Experience in vendor management.
Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.
Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management & catering technology, 8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operation
BS or Associates in facilities, property, business or related.
