To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation for brands or influencers, demonstrating a proven track record. - Strong creative ideation skills and the ability to develop engaging content and brand campaigns. - Experience in agency coordination, influencer marketing, or community building would be advantageous. - Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously. - An MBA in Marketing or a related field would be preferred.
