As an Assistant Brand Manager - Content Strategy - Organic at DrinkPrime, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence through innovative content strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a video-led content strategy for DrinkPrime's social media platforms to improve brand recall, recognition, and engagement. - Leading creative ideation, script writing, and content creation for Instagram & YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives. - Collaborating with various teams including brand strategists, producers, designers, freelancers, and external agencies to bring your ideas to fruition. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance using social media insights and analytics tools to optimize future content efforts. - Ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging by collaborating with customer-facing teams. - Keeping abreast of trends, audience behavior, and innovations to maintain DrinkPrime's position at the forefront of content marketing. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in managing social media and creating content for brands or influencers. - Demonstrated creative ideation skills with the ability to develop engaging content and brand campaigns. - Experience in agency coordination, influencer marketing, or community building would be beneficial. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - An MBA in Marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
