We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

• Tentative Job Location:- Uttar Pradesh (Nautanwa, Jagdishpur, Hamirpur, Gorakhpur, Raibareli) or Jharkhand or Bihar.
• No Vacancy available in Lucknow, U.P. लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश में कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं है।

Eligibility Criteria for Interview:-

• Only those candidate would be eligible for interview who are able to relocate in any district of any state Bihar or Jharkhand or U.P. केवल वे अभ्यर्थी साक्षात्कार के लिए पात्र होंगे जो बिहार या उत्तर प्रदेश या झारखंड के किसी भी राज्य के किसी भी जिले में स्थानांतरित होने में सक्षम हों।
• No candidate will be given appointment in his home State, home District or in any other State and District of his choice. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को उसके गृह राज्य, गृह ज़िले या उसकी पसंद के किसी अन्य राज्य और ज़िले में नियुक्ति नहीं दी जायगी।
• Company will help to find out accommodation and food but will not provide the facility by its own. कंपनी आवास और भोजन की व्यवस्था करने में मदद करेगी लेकिन वह स्वयं यह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं कराएगी।
• Candidate may give only face to face round of interview at Lucknow Head Office, virtual interview will not be conducted. अभ्यर्थी लखनऊ मुख्यालय में केवल आमने-सामने साक्षात्कार दे सकते हैं, वर्चुअल साक्षात्कार आयोजित नहीं किया जाएगा।

Work Experience and educational qualification:-

• FRESHER or 1 or more year of experience in sales and business development.
• Bachelors or MBA Marketing will prefer

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Managing the overall performance of the branch.
• Developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Being responsible for the training and development of the team.
• Taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing the branch's operations to run smoothly.
• Being responsible for budgeting and financial management.
• Implementing company policies and procedures.
• Evaluating team members' performance and providing feedback.
• Planning for the growth and development of the branch.
• Coordinating with senior management.

Remunerations & Perks:- Rs.20,000-25,000/- pm + incentives + others (negotiable)
