Asst Analyst , IBP and Supply Chain Tech Operations

As an Operations Engineer located in Hyderabad and Gurugram, you will be a part of the Sustain & Operations team within the Digital Products and Application (DPA) organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the adoption and operational excellence of digital products, focusing on providing optimal end-user experiences through the timely resolution of incidents and application downtime. In this role, you will be required to handle various technical procedures, diagnose issues, work on product runbooks, perform software development, conduct testing procedures, and monitor product performance in production environments. Collaboration and communication with team members, as well as contributing to planning and reviews, will be essential aspects of your daily tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Engineer in the Supply Chain/IBP areas. Proficiency in analyzing problem statements, technical knowledge of O9 or IBP platforms, the ability to propose viable solutions, and experience with software development are key requirements. Familiarity with cloud solutions like AWS or Azure, as well as knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, will be beneficial. Additionally, competencies such as driving for results, decision-making, collaborating, effective communication, and motivating others are highly valued. Your technical knowledge and skills should encompass ServiceNow, O9, supply chain concepts, and an FMCG background, which will set you apart in this role.
