Prepare Invoices and follow up to get payments
Prepare Purchase Orders and make payments after approval
Prepare GST accounts and returns
Track inventory and generate reports on monthly basis
Consolidate / reconcile bank accounts
Handle online banking (creating new payees, handle various payments)
Handle petty cash and maintain detailed accounts
Handle expense reports / reimbursements
Handle Office premises and other lease renewals, manage vendors negotiations and payments cycles, etc.
