This central role will involve crafting compelling content, strategizing outreach initiatives, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, media engagement, and communication strategy, with a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of diverse audiences.. Roles and Responsibilities:. Content Creation:. Develop and deliver high-quality content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, websites, and digital platforms.. Write and produce engaging stories, case studies, and success stories to highlight the impact of Lend A Hand Indias initiatives.. Communication Strategy:. Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organizations goals.. Ensure a cohesive narrative and messaging across all organizational touchpoints.. Media Relations:. Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets and journalists to enhance the visibility of Lend A Hand India.. Draft and disseminate press releases and coordinate media events to promote key initiatives and milestones.. Social Media Management:. Oversee and grow Lend A Hand Indias social media presence across platforms.. Create, curate, and manage engaging content to connect with audiences and amplify the organizations outreach efforts.. Event Coordination:. Support the planning and execution of organizational events, workshops, and conferences.. Develop and distribute event communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.. Internal Communications:. Facilitate seamless internal communication to ensure consistent messaging and updates across teams.. Prepare and distribute internal newsletters and updates to inform the team about organizational activities and achievements.. Monitoring and Reporting:. Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and outreach efforts.. Provide regular reports on performance metrics and the impact of communication initiatives.. Stakeholder Engagement:. Engage with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community members, to promote Lend A Hand Indias mission and initiatives.. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance stakeholder communication and engagement efforts.. Brand Management:. Ensure all communication materials adhere to Lend A Hand Indias brand guidelines.. Act as a custodian of the organizations brand image, ensuring consistency and excellence in all public-facing communications.. Crisis Communication:. Assist in managing communication during crises or sensitive situations.. Develop and implement crisis communication plans as needed.. Requirements. Bachelors/Masters in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.. 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or communications strategy.. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives.. Experience with media relations and managing public-facing events.. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills..
