Job Description

Role Overview: As a Game Operations Experienced individual contributor in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement revenue strategies to drive business growth. You will be required to regularly monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, design revenue forecasts, and oversee operations of the in-game store. Your role will also involve conceptualizing and executing new revenue events to boost revenue metrics and collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to execute revenue plans effectively. Additionally, gathering feedback from local users and understanding their needs will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement revenue strategies, including in-game sales, promotions, and pricing strategies - Regularly report, monitor, and analyze key revenue metrics - Design revenue forecasts and drive revenue performance to achieve business targets - Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities - Conceptualize and execute new revenue events to boost revenue metrics - Execute revenue plans effectively through collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams - Gather comprehensive feedback from local users and develop a strong understanding of their needs and preferences Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering, or related field - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from the gaming industry - Proficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting key insights to build revenue strategies - Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple revenue-related projects effectively - Fluent in one of the local languages in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local players - Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem,
