About your future team:

What you'll champion:

Client Handling: Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance
Technical know-how: The candidate should possess reasonable knowledge of the processes related to commercial lending, especially corporate loans
Process Management: Oversee the entire process of financial spreading and covenant monitoring, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts responsible for onboarding and regularly monitoring the clients investment portfolio on Oxanes proprietary platform
Financial Analysis: Analyzing and spreading the financial statements of public and private companies. Review loan agreements, amendment documents, servicer, and other reports, analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower

What you'll bring:

Good understanding of the commercial lending process
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
Proficiency in MS Excel • Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal
Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
Several years of experience in credit analysis/financial spreading, or similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
