The position:

This position is for a member of the client facing fund services team catering to Cash Ops and Deal Ops.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding Private Equity Fund Structures
• Preparation of Cash Analysis & Projection files, Margin Requirements, Repos
• Understanding Line of Credit Operations i.e. borrow/repay requests, computations of fee, interest, repayments
• Preparation of Funding memos and wires processing
• Understanding Foreign currency requirements
• Transactions booking for Cash, Fx, Investment outflows/inflows
• Emails / calls correspondence with client, Issues resolutions

You’re Profile:

• Preferred Graduate, master’s or Chartered Accountant
• 2-8 years’ experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets Industry with min 2+yrs work experience in Private Equity Cash Operations
• Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure.
• Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in fast paced dynamic industry
• Positive attitude, team player, pro-active and ready to accept challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
