With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, you should have a strong understanding of content development in various formats such as text, image, and video to drive engagement and conversions. It is essential to have experience in growth hack strategies on social media platforms and executing work effectively rather than solely managing teams. Proficiency in utilizing creative tools for video and static content creation is required. Your role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics like engagement, traffic, and follower growth. Experience in working with influencers and managing social media for product launches or events will be beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to craft compelling social media copy and handle crisis communication effectively. You should be proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, as well as analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
