As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key areas that have a significant impact on the organization: You will play a crucial role in developing and refining the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align with the business's strategic goals. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will translate these goals into measurable outcomes that drive the company's success. Your expertise will be essential in leading the performance management strategy, encompassing goal-setting, calibration, and development processes. By implementing best-in-class talent practices, you will create an environment that enhances organizational performance. Taking ownership of critical Center of Excellence (COE) projects, you will spearhead high-impact initiatives such as functional academies, leadership development programs, and competency model enhancements. Your strategic vision, roadmap development, and governance will ensure the successful and timely execution of these initiatives, delivering a positive return on investment. Utilizing data-driven insights and analytics, you will provide senior stakeholders with valuable information on talent risks, workforce trends, and targeted interventions. Your advisory role will help accelerate business results by leveraging strategic people metrics and OKR analytics effectively. In your capacity as a Change Champion and Influencer, you will design and implement change management strategies for new programs. Through tailored communications, workshops, and executive briefings, you will influence mindsets and drive successful adoption of organizational changes. Collaboration across functions will be a key aspect of your role, as you work as a strategic HR partner to align different departments and integrate people strategies seamlessly into core business plans. Your ability to identify synergies and foster alignment will be instrumental in achieving organizational goals. Staying ahead of industry standards, you will continuously innovate by exploring market best practices and piloting new tools or methodologies. Your efforts will ensure that the performance management and COE frameworks remain at the forefront of industry standards, driving continuous improvement within the organization. **Eligibility & Qualifications:** - A minimum of 13 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives - Preferably hold a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA qualification Your extensive experience and qualifications make you a strong candidate for this role, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's performance and strategic direction.,
