Role Snapshot:

Discussions with the clients and engaging in transaction negotiations

Structure domestic & cross-border M&A deals

Discussions with the promoters on private client services including their succession and estate planning

Who We're Looking For:

Bright CA’s with 0-3 years of PQ experience

Analytical mindset with modelling and MS excel skills

Team player who would like to meet new people, learn, and grow

Based in Delhi NCR
