Role: Associate - YouTube Channel Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow YouTube / Instagram channels end-to-end
- Basic Canva Knowledge
- Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Alight Motion, or similar
- Brainstorm and execute trendy, engaging, and thumb-stopping content
- Track performance analytics & suggest ideas to grow reach & engagement
- Keep a pulse on platform trends and viral formats
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience managing YouTube/Instagram accounts (own/client/brand)
- Proficient in basic editing tools like CapCut, Alight Motion, VN, Canva, etc.
- A creative thinker who can ideate hooks, captions, and content independently
- Basic understanding of thumbnails, titles, trends, and platform algorithms
- Familiarity with memes, reels, trending audio, and storytelling
