Associate Voice Process (Fresher)

Job Description: You will be a part of our International Voice Process team in the healthcare domain at Info park, Kochi. Your primary role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance to patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring top-notch service delivery during the night shift in the US time zone. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries and concerns related to healthcare services through voice calls. - Provide accurate information, address issues efficiently, and exhibit empathy towards the callers. - Safeguard patient confidentiality and strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines. - Document call details meticulously and ensure precise updates in the systems. - Achieve performance targets encompassing call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice processes. - Previous exposure to healthcare BPO operations is advantageous. - Readiness to work night shifts as per US timings. - Proficiency in interpersonal interactions and a team-oriented approach. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
