Value Offering Associate for the NEET UG category

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and

  structuring NEET UG course offerings.

• Collaborate with

  content, marketing, and category

  teams to enhance learner value perception.
• Analyze learner

  feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings

  to improve products.
• Support in

  pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.

• Track performance metrics related to course

  adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of value initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years

  of experience in

  value offering

  , product management, or category operations (EdTech experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and

  problem-solving skills.

• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management

  abilities.
• Attention to detail and a

  proactive, learner-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with

  Excel/Google Sheets

  for data analysis.
