Associate UX Designer

As an Associate UX Designer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the user experience design process, gaining valuable skills and experience in creating compelling and user-centric digital products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and preferences. - Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes under the guidance of Senior UX Designers to visualize design concepts and interactions. - Collaborate with Visual Designers to implement visual aesthetics and brand guidelines into the user interface design. - Participate in usability testing sessions, observing user interactions and providing input for design improvements based on feedback. - Assist in developing information architecture and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions. - Learn about accessibility best practices and contribute to ensuring our products are inclusive and accessible to all users. - Help in documenting the design process, design decisions, and guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, industry tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. - Designing for AI Features, User Research for AI Experiences, Wireframing Intelligent Interfaces **Qualifications:** - Graduation with UX tools knowledge - Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certification in UX - Preferred education: UX Design, Product Design, Human Psychology - Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related degree. **Additional Details:** Carelon Global Solutions (CGS) is a healthcare solutions company simplifying complex operational processes to improve the health of the healthcare system.
