As a Trade Operations - FX/MM professional at UST in Chennai, your role involves ensuring timely completion of all assigned transactions and tasks. You will be responsible for resolving queries or mismatches in stock and cash, escalating unresolved issues based on set criteria, and taking full responsibility for additional tasks or projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed timeframe. Proactively handling client and stakeholder queries with a focus on clear and timely communication is crucial. You are expected to adhere to internal procedures, report risks or concerns honestly, and share ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality. Collaboration with your team to maintain a positive work environment is vital.
