The position available is for Associate US IT Recruiter (Freshers) based in Gurugram, where you will be required to work from the office 5 days a week with work hours from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST. Cab facility will be provided two ways, and only candidates local to Delhi NCR will be considered for this role. As an Associate US IT Recruiter (Freshers) at Comptech, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across various industries. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference given to those with a background in B.Tech, HR/Marketing, MBA, or IT-related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with an interest in recruitment and an understanding of IT roles. Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is considered a plus, along with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
