In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the UK Business Area, overseeing the team's utilization and billability. You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of the team's performance, providing training and upskilling opportunities, and coordinating technical aspects with stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution. Additionally, you will be expected to drive consistency in design approach, quality of deliverables, and innovative problem-solving. As a Team Lead, you will actively communicate with colleagues and clients, providing clear direction, delegating tasks efficiently, and preparing delivery plans and guidelines to ensure successful execution of technical scopes.
