Associate Technical Architect (Java)

As an Associate Technical Architect at our company, you will have a significant role in designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and other modern technologies for both backend and frontend development. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing robust architectures for scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, or other relevant technologies. - Adapting swiftly to emerging programming languages and business requirements. - Addressing complex challenges in e-commerce applications like high traffic, large datasets, and transaction-heavy systems. - Leveraging AI-driven development tools for enhanced coding efficiency, debugging, and automation. - Utilizing relational databases (MySQL) and distributed NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB) to ensure high data integrity and performance optimization. - Developing messaging systems using Kafka and other middleware technologies. - Designing and optimizing APIs for high availability, scalability, and performance. - Writing efficient, high-performance code following industry best practices and implementing memory management strategies. - Contributing to modular, maintainable, and scalable system architectures with a focus on low-level design principles. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and adapting to diverse architectural patterns. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and integrating them into business solutions. - Leading and mentoring first-time managers and team leads to nurture a culture of growth and collaboration. - Overseeing team performance, ensuring goal alignment, and executing strategic decisions.
