Associate Team Lead - RPA Developer

As an Associate Team Lead RPA Developer at Bunge, your role involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA solutions to enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for end-to-end automation, developing and configuring automation processes according to defined requirements, and designing, building, and implementing RPA systems using the AA & PAD platform. Your main accountabilities include: - Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases - Implementing effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability - Quickly learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced development environment - Being a self-starter with excellent communication skills In terms of knowledge and skills, you are expected to use your understanding of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions. You should build partnerships, appropriately influence others, drive results through high standards, and focus on key priorities. ### Qualifications Required: - Graduated/Post Graduated in B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA - Automation Anywhere Advanced Certified Professional - 3+ years of relevant experience in RPA, mostly hands-on experience with AA & PAD ### Technical Skills: **Must Have:** - Good hands-on experience in RPA tools & technologies such as A360, Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, IQBOT & Document Automation, and Prompt Engineering - Gen AI (Basics) **Good to Have:** - Python, Power Apps, SQL, .Net Bunge, a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients, is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, with operations worldwide.
