Associate Team Lead - RPA Developer

Role Overview: As an Associate Team Lead RPA Developer at Bunge located in Mohali, Punjab, India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA solutions to enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency. Your role will involve understanding the business challenges, outlining functional solutions, and developing the required automation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end automation process - Develop and configure automation processes as per defined requirements - Design, build, and implement RPA systems using Automation Anywhere (AA) and Process Automation Design (PAD) platform - Create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases - Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability - Quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced development environment - Self-starter with excellent communication skills Qualifications Required: - Good hands-on experience in RPA tools and technologies such as A360, Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, IQBOT, and Document Automation - Familiarity with Prompt Engineering - Gen AI (Basics) - Knowledge of Python, Power Apps, SQL, and .Net is a plus - Graduated/Post Graduated in B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA - Automation Anywhere Advanced Certified Professional - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RPA with hands-on experience in AA & PAD Additional Details: Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a global leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products.
