Support in implementation of E-invoicing for VAT and or GST in EU and Middle East region. Support in IPT and VAT compliances

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Support for the following tasks: -

(i) Extraction of Tax reports from different source systems

(ii) Research and updates with latest E-invoicing regulations for different jurisdictions

(iii) Analyzing the various components of the VAT and GST returns relevant for E-invoicing setup.

(iv) Reconciliation of different source tax reports with vendor data

(v) Scrutinizing the tax invoices received from vendors and checking the taxability

(vi) Supporting IT teams in UATs and developing new reports

(vii) Support the team in other ad-hoc requests and basic IPT return preparation

You will report to (Assistant / Deputy Manager).

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of VAT and GST return.
• Great MS excel knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of an ERP package is preferable
• Handling assigned work requests in efficient, timely manner

Your first 6 months:

• Training on indirect Taxes Source system and return preparation
