Associate Support Engineer - Lab & Infrastructure Management

As a Lab & Infrastructure Management, your role will involve maintaining the lab environment to ensure all equipment such as temperature chambers, racks, and PCs are in good condition. This includes conducting regular ESD checks and fortnightly audits with published reports. You will collaborate with the IT team to address any lab PC issues and ensure correct software configurations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the inventory of test devices, MSM parts, and DRAM components. - Handling device movement between racks and temperature chambers, including cable connections. - Procuring and managing accessories like cables and JTAGs. - Collecting and returning devices to stores, updating asset tags and MCNs in the Confluence page. - Coordinating with the proto team for upgrades or reworks. In terms of Testing & Engineering Support, you will be responsible for executing tests, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems on Qualcomm test devices. Additionally, you will pre-validate device boot-up before deployment into the test farm, debug device and JTAG-related issues, and provide support to Business Units including Modem, Auto, IoT, XR, CSM, and Compute. It is important to maintain flexibility in work assignments and ensure timely task completion.,
