Role Overview: You will be responsible for cross-verifying various activities related to PR planning, purchase orders, inventory levels, and stock management using the P System of Inventory Control. Additionally, you will be involved in reviewing open PRs, assisting in controls checklist, transferring materials, managing non-moving and expired items, and maintaining audit and checklist requirements. At the end of each month, you will need to provide provisions for manual purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan PR activities based on lead-time, consumption, and indent requirements - Send PRs to the purchase department for order release and follow-up - Determine Inventory Levels (Safety Stock, Re-Order Level, Re-Order Quantity, Minimum Stock, Maximum Stock) for all SKUs - Extract ROL Report using Arcus Reports - Review open PRs monthly, especially for Non-SKUs, and send reminders to the Purchase Department - Assist in creating Controls Checklist - Transfer materials for specific and monopoly items used in Chemo/Day Care/Lab/OT through HIS for GRN - Handle GRN for Consignment/Consumables/Service/Capex items - Issue Medical Consumables indent partially and ensure smooth functioning of stores - Conduct daily physical verification of non-moving and expired items in Vital and A class category - Manage RGP & NRGP tracking - Maintain all audit and checklist requirements - Remove expired and damaged items - Submit invoices of GRN from the previous day and get acknowledgment from the finance team Qualifications: - Any Graduate Must-Have Skills: - Passion for Excellence - Results Orientation - Communication Skills - Customer Focus,
