Associate, SRE Ops, Middle office Technology

As a member of the Group Technology and Operations (T&O) team at our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure that supports the bank's operations. With a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation, we aim to inspire and delight our business partners through various banking delivery channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your expertise in Java, Java script, Maria DB, and Cloud Support - Demonstrating awareness of Software Development Life Cycle with knowledge of waterfall and Agile methodology - Showcasing strong development experience in Java, particularly in banking applications, with a preference for corporate risk applications - Managing major incidents, coordinating incident and problem management, and preparing Major Incident reports - Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating complex incidents and performance analysis for real-time and batch systems - Conducting deep-dive analysis for major incidents to identify root causes in both Application and Infrastructure areas - Executing continuous service improvement plans, monitoring, process improvement, and automation - Overseeing Major Change management processes to ensure no critical incidents occur during weekend cutover activities - Managing Capacity Monitoring, Server Patching in the Production environment - Overseeing Bank-wide DR and BCP coordination/scheduling - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and stakeholder management - Following the standards set by the Bank - Working closely with Development teams Requirements for this role include: - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the BFSI sector providing application support, with involvement in multiple upstream-downstream systems that include online (API driven) and Offline (batch processing) interactions - Proficiency in root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in collaboration with Infrastructure Service Support team members - Ensuring all production changes align with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines - Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on the Platform If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, possesses a deep understanding of technology, and is passionate about driving operational excellence, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact within our organization.,
