Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at LSEG, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for complex issues affecting Refinitiv products to customers, internal partners, and 3rd party engineers. Your role will involve remotely resolving issues, implementing preventative measures, and demonstrating innovative technologies to ensure globally consistent support tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment where timely and accurate resolutions are crucial, requiring you to exude ownership and follow through on commitments to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert technical support for several LSEG products - Collaborate with Product teams and Development groups - Record all customer queries, interactions, and investigation progress in CRM tools (Salesforce) - Keep clients updated throughout the case life cycle - Follow policies and procedures for managing and raising customer issues - Work with 3rd party service providers - Perform break fix activities affecting customer sites remotely - Provide problem resolution support, including reproducing customer issues - Deliver product or technical trainings to frontline teams - Call out major issues impacting clients - Maintain awareness of technical trends through self-learning and training - Create and maintain knowledge documents Qualifications: - English fluency required - Logical problem solver with self-motivation - Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, IT security, and Office suite products - Knowledge of any programming language is a plus - Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences - Experience in customer service with outstanding skills - Ability to work with visual teams for project delivery - Basic knowledge of financial markets - Demonstrates a can-do attitude in challenging situations Join LSEG, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are valued.
