About The Role

The Associate HR is responsible for Managing HRIS tool and updates.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS

  • Org updates in HRIS
  • Job changes Process – manager change, internal movements etc.
  • Initiate Domestic and International transfer process
  • Initiate Entity change transactions
  • Educate employees and managers to use HRIS self-service / Manager self-service modules
  • Review and approval all the personal update tasks like (Personal information, Dependents, Address, emergency contact etc)
  • Review and approve Education and experience details of employees.
  • Bulk data upload in HRIS tool
  • Provide recommendations for automation in HRIS tool for process improvement.
  • Track all change requests and work with technical team for rollout.
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS tool
  • Review the HRIS inbox tasks and track for closure.

Leave

  • Educate employee on leave policy and process and handle employee queries related to leaves.
  • Leave application in HRIS tool on request from employees/Managers.
  • Review and approve all leave tasks in HRIS tool.
  • Review leave reports and analyse the data and provide inputs for correction or completion.
  • Share leave reports to stakeholders on request.
