Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting application issues, and optimizing applications for speed and device compatibility. Additionally, you will be expected to follow coding standards, stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, and contribute to maintaining a clean and scalable codebase. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and application enhancements. - Participate in the full mobile app development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and support. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues under the guidance of senior developers. - Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and device compatibility. - Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and learn best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, especially in Flutter and Dart. - Contribute to maintaining a clean and scalable codebase with proper documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter. - Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with mobile development tools like Android Studio and Xcode. - Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. - Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git. - Understanding of basic mobile app architecture, performance, and security best practices. - Exposure to state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
