EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 to 2 years of experience Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT industry or at a digital/online marketing agency. Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing SEO and SEA strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads). Successfully managed and executed at least 10 SEO and SEA campaigns for enterprise-level B2B clients across various industries, achieving measurable results in traffic growth, lead generation, and ROI. Experience in collaborating with content creators to align SEO strategy with business objectives and improve landing page performance and conversion rates Skilled in managing SEA budgets, optimizing bidding strategies, and maximizing ad performance within allocated spend. JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement effective SEO and SEA strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to inform strategic direction. Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to align with best SEO practices. Plan, execute, and optimize Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads Conduct keyword research and bidding strategies to maximize ad visibility and click-through rates. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and regional marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels. Monitor and analyze SEO and SEA performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO/SEA techniques. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organic and paid search strategies that led to measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns Proficiency in creation and execution of on page / off page strategies Experience conducting SEO audits and presenting actionable insights Demonstrated success with SEO for multilingual or multi-regional websites Experience working with Umbraco CMS platforms Strong familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and tag management via Google Tag Advanced knowledge of popular keyword monitoring/ promotion tools, such as Keyword Planner and SEMrush Experience in execution of successful link popularity campaigns Proven track record of online campaign management and reporting Demonstrated skills in Social Media Optimization for multiple categories in an enterprise scale environment. Hands on experience on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Demonstrated expertise in article writing and submission, Blog Posting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking, Directory Submission, RSS Submission Experience in writing and editing on Content Management Systems is desirable Expert proficiency in MS office products particularly MS Excel. VBScript and .NET is a plus PERSONAL SKILLS: Proven experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments, including global marketing teams and regional CMS editors. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong collaboration, partnership development, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. Effective under pressure, with a proactive approach to identifying ambiguity and driving toward clarity. Comfortable operating in complex international settings with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in international communication using a range of technologies including shared documents, forums, phone, chat, and email.
