Associate Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development:

  Design, develop, and implement applications, custom reports, and enhancements. You will analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into software architecture and design specifications.

• Full-Stack Development:

  Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology. You will also work on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

• Quality Assurance:

  Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure software quality. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving software bugs and performance issues.

• Collaboration & Innovation:

  Work closely with the product team, scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time. You will also have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions using

  generative AI

  technologies.

• System Maintenance:

  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as

  Python, Java

  , or

  C#.NET

• Proficiency in a

  JavaScript UI Framework

  React

  ExtJs

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  Oracle, PostGres, Databricks

  ).
• Experience with

  event-based architecture

  ).
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially

  Scrum

  .

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

  is preferred.
