Associate Software Developer

As an Associate Software Engineer in our team based in Hyderabad, you will be involved in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable SaaS solutions within the HR Tech domain. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your knowledge of the MEAN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying fast and scalable web applications. You will also be involved in designing and maintaining large relational and non-relational databases, managing servers, and working on cloud-based infrastructure. Integration of development tools, testing applications, fixing bugs, and implementing security and data protection features will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be tasked with making code architecture decisions to support scalability and performance, as well as engaging in client-facing interactions due to your excellent communication skills. Mentoring and leading the team will also be within your purview. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of JavaScript & jQuery, ExpressJS, AngularJS, Node external Module Integration, Docker, Redis, and MongoDB. An understanding of security best practices, 3rd party library integration, and familiarity with current web trends and emerging technologies is essential. Furthermore, proficiency in version control using SVN & Git, a willingness to tackle challenges, and an eagerness to learn new technologies will be advantageous. Collaboration with developers to create scalable RESTful APIs will also be part of your responsibilities.,
