Role Overview: As an Associate/Senior Associate in Customer Service (International Voice Process) at our leading company, you will handle inbound/outbound international calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, ensure high-quality service, collaborate with team members, and adapt your communication style to different customer needs.
