a. Prepare and file the ROC forms and ensure timely statutory submissions.
b. Assist in drafting board resolution, notices, minutes and other compliance documents.
c. Manage name approval, amendments and related ROC filings.
d. Maintain statutory registers and ensure documentation accuracy.
e. Co-ordinate with internal teams, clients and authorities.
f. Understanding of Companies Act 2013.
