Associate - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in Gurgaon

Internshala is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SEO Associate to join our Organic Growth team and contribute to strengthening our overall search visibility. You will collaborate closely with the SEO leads to drive organic traffic through structured on-page optimization, technical hygiene, and continuous content improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a strong career in the SEO ecosystem.What Will You Do

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits.
• Support blog optimization initiatives focused on EEAT, GEO, and AEO.
• Assist in monitoring crawl/indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health.
• Track ranking performance, CTR, impressions, and key organic metrics.
• Identify content gaps, new keyword opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Review landing pages to ensure consistency, freshness, and optimization quality
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with evolving SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO or related roles-
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and foundational technical SEO.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Basic understanding of site architecture, indexing behavior, and ranking signals
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn advanced SEO concepts, including AEO/GEO, EEAT, and AI-driven search optimization.
