We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with 0 to 1 years of relevant post-qualification work experience to join our team as a Strategy & Transactions – Transaction Diligence specialist in Bengaluru. ### Roles and Responsibility Execute multiple client assignments, including statutory audit and due diligence tasks. Develop rapport with middle layers of client management and ensure compliance with risk management strategies. Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate them to the manager. Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm to gain understanding of issues impacting client assignments. Provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems using a practical approach. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with a good academic background and 0-1 years of relevant post-qualification work experience. Strong knowledge or experience in financial statements, including revenue, and understanding of Indian Accounting Standards. Knowledge about recent changes in accounting or understanding of accounting principles, regulatory changes, and audit reports. Understanding of business performance measures such as margins, EBITDA, and working capital required for FDD. Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills, clarity of thoughts, and assertive personality. Experience in handling statutory audit assignments or due diligence as part of an M&A team in industry is preferred. Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client). Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
