As an Associate Representative, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Student Counselling:** Engage with prospective students from their initial inquiry to enrollment, providing guidance on program offerings and educational pathways. - **Follow-Up & Relationship Management:** Maintain regular communication with prospective students through calls and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance engagement and conversion rates. - **Database Management:** Keep accurate records of student interactions, event leads, application progress, and follow-up activities in an organized manner. - **Administrative Support:** Assist the Regional Representative with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of regional recruitment activities. - **Event Representation:** Attend recruitment fairs, school visits, and other events to promote the University of Guelph's offerings and engage with future students to enhance the institution's visibility in the region. To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies, experience, and skills: - Experience of 3-5 years in student recruitment with a Canadian-based University or agency - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Effective time management and organizational abilities - Critical thinking skills to provide solutions to stakeholders - Prior experience of studying, working, or living in Canada is advantageous - Willingness to travel across the region for recruitment initiatives This is a full-time office-based position located in Chembur, Mumbai.
