Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business development activities with a specific focus on motor and general insurance products. - Onboard new POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and agents, ensuring thorough training and effective relationship management. - Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to drive customer engagement and ensure retention. - Successfully achieve targeted sales goals while efficiently managing the assigned sales channel. - Analyze regional market trends to tailor approaches for maximum impact. Qualification Required: - In-depth knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance domain, particularly motor and general insurance products. - Proven ability in managing relationships with POSPs or agents. - Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention mechanisms. - Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel ownership.
