Associate - Quality Assurance

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan, conduct, and report internal and external quality and food safety audits across suppliers, DCs, and retail stores
2. Evaluate hygiene, storage, handling, traceability, documentation, and process controls3. Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, non-conformities, and risk levels4. Drive closure of audit NCs by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Store Teams and Vendors5. Support root-cause analysis for quality deviations and food safety risks6. Review and validate CAPA plans for effectiveness and sustainability7. Track CAPA timelines and ensure timely and compliant closure*Skills &
