Your Role & Responsibilities: - Conduct manual testing of our applications - Develop and execute exploratory and manual tests to maintain product quality - Design and implement tests, debug issues, and define corrective actions - Review system requirements and monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts - Review project documentation to ensure the quality of products and tests to be developed - Identify and resolve issues promptly - Track defects and ensure their closure - Write test plans, test cases, prepare test logs and reports - Understand the requirements of developers and project managers and implement them effectively You Should Have: - Proficiency in Manual testing - In-depth knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and its phases - Ability to work in an Agile environment - Strong understanding and practical experience in testing methodologies, techniques, and types - ISTQB certification would be an advantage - Excellent analytical and logical skills - Strong documentation and communication abilities - Familiarity with API testing and Mobile App Testing Qualification: - BE/ B.Tech/ MCA Compensation: - Salary is negotiable for the right candidate,
