We are seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio Document Generation, and functional knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to work onsite at the client location. The consultant will be responsible for providing day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and delivering minor enhancements, while collaborating directly with business users and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for Salesforce application support. Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues in Apex code, LWC components, and Omnistudio processes. Handle incident management, bug fixing, and service requests within agreed SLAs. Communicate effectively with end users to understand problems and provide timely solutions. Salesforce Development & Enhancements Implement minor enhancements and fixes using Apex, LWC, and Omnistudio tools. Maintain and optimize existing customizations and integrations. Support testing activities (unit, UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of fixes. Adhere to Salesforce best practices for scalable and maintainable code. Omnistudio & Document Generation Support and maintain Document Generation templates for proposals, contracts, and loan-related communications. Troubleshoot issues with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Ensure compliance with branding, legal, and regulatory standards in generated documents. Functional Knowledge Loan Origination System (LOS) Work with business teams to clarify loan workflows and troubleshoot process issues. Assist with LOS integration points and data mapping with Salesforce. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to resolve issues. Escalate complex issues to offshore/extended teams as needed while ensuring client satisfaction. Provide regular updates and status reporting to client leadership.
Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, triggers, and asynchronous processing. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework. Practical knowledge of Salesforce Omnistudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation). Functional knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lending lifecycle (mortgage, consumer, or commercial loans). Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in Salesforce environments. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, or Omnistudio Consultant. Prior client-facing or onsite experience.
