Job Description

To purchase goods at the lowest cost, the right quality and in line with required delivery dates for GEA HRT and other Divisions under direction from Purchase Manager of GEA IPO Pune

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Build and Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Liaise with all other departments with regard to timely sharing of required information.
  • Follow internal operational procedures and compliance policies.
  • Interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and policies governing the purchase and contracting of products for the Company.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with colleagues to meet company goals and targets.

Your Profile / Qualifications

DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.) or DPE (Diploma Production Engineering) minimum.3 to 5 years of experience in Purchase & Supply chain activities.
