Associate Project Manager (Online Survey Management)

As an Associate Project Manager at Torfac, you will play a key role in executing online data collection projects and ensuring the success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from start to finish, maintaining quality throughout the processes, and aligning with project objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client emails promptly within 30 minutes, demonstrating proper email etiquette - Set up projects in the system based on client specifications - Implement relevant quotas, targets, and screening criteria - Conduct surveys testing before releasing samples - Meet client commitments within scheduled timelines - Monitor live projects and take necessary actions to ensure project health - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for updates, closure, or billing purposes - Ensure accurate and complete billing of projects - Maintain consistent performance with a focus on quality Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including those with tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; solid internet skills - Knowledge of market research methodologies will be an advantage Experience Required: - 1-3 years Shift Timing: - 8 PM to 5 AM IST (5 days working) Join Torfac, a global organization dedicated to providing best-in-class services through a combination of cutting-edge technology and human intelligence.
