Your understanding of project objectives and timelines is essential for achieving project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to client emails within 30 minutes with proper email etiquette. - Set up projects in the system according to client specifications. - Implement relevant quotas, targets, and screening criteria. - Conduct surveys testing before releasing samples. - Meet client commitments within specified timelines. - Monitor live projects and take corrective actions to ensure project health. - Follow up with clients for updates, closure, and billing. - Ensure accurate and timely billing of projects. - Demonstrate consistent performance with a focus on quality. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including those with tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, with a good understanding of the internet. - Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.
