As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the routine operations of the power distribution system including D.G. Sets, HT Breakers, HT Yard, LT Breakers, switch gears, and distribution panels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing preventive maintenance as per the schedule and predictive maintenance for all electrical power distribution equipment. - Attending to breakdown maintenance of LT panels, D.G. Sets, HT Breakers, HT Yard, LT Breakers, switch gears, Chillers, Air compressors, Boiler control system, Water system, cooling towers, and other utilities. - Recording daily log sheets related to Power distribution system SOPs and statutory requirements. - Operating utility equipment efficiently and maintaining critical spares inventory. - Providing necessary utility to the production department or other users. - Updating and maintaining all utility equipment records per SOP. - Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety rules, cGMP, and GEP. - Carrying out preventive maintenance as per SOP and attending any breakdown within a short time as per the handling breakdown SOP. - Maintaining the utility equipment quality parameters within the specified range. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skills: - Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory norms such as USFDA, EU, WHO. - Completing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) accurately. - Understanding deviations, change control, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
