You will be responsible for the routine operations of the power distribution system, D.G. Sets, HT Breakers, HT Yard, LT Breakers, switch gears, and distribution panels. Your duties will include performing preventive maintenance as per schedule and predictive maintenance as needed for all electrical power distribution equipment. Additionally, you will be required to attend to the breakdown maintenance of electrical power distribution equipment such as LT panels, D.G. Sets, HT Breakers, HT Yard, LT Breakers, and switch gears. In this role, you will also be responsible for attending to the breakdown maintenance of Chillers, Air compressors, Boiler control system, Water system, cooling towers, and other utilities. It will be essential to record daily log sheets related to Power distribution system SOPs and follow instructions provided by the supervisor for statutory requirements. Your tasks will involve performing all jobs in compliance with safety rules and regulations and as per cGMP. You will need to operate utility equipment efficiently, maintain critical spares inventory for utility equipment, and provide necessary utility to the production department or other users. Keeping utility equipment records updated and per SOP will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory norms (USFDA, EU, WHO), complete BMRs/BPRs accurately, and have an understanding of deviations, change control, and CAPA.
