Associate ​- Project Development

• Responsible for creating new donors by making outbound calls​ to potential sponsors
• Responsible for managing existing donors by making outbound calls​
• ​Explaining the organization's support programs and projects to the donors
• Answering the queries and concerns of donors​
• Target Management
• Database generation
• Networking and Relationship building
• Reporting and documentation
• Interaction with Donors​

Performance based bonuses will be provided.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's Degree with interest in Tele Marketing
• Must have Good Communication Skill in English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi(Preferable)
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Basic MS office proficiency preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
