Job Description

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for community members. Your role will involve using data to address their needs, ensuring a positive experience, and fostering inclusivity. Additionally, you will plan and execute online and offline community events, utilizing engagement metrics to optimize event outcomes and increase participation. Tracking community activity, collecting feedback, and analyzing key metrics will be essential to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance community engagement. By leveraging data insights, you will create and curate relevant content that keeps the community informed, motivated, and active, tailoring the content to resonate most with members. Maintaining open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including community leaders and media, is crucial. Using data to inform discussions and align strategies will be part of your responsibilities. You will also analyze data to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Providing regular reports on community activities, trends, and issues will be necessary. Using data to offer actionable insights to operations managers and relevant departments will help drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management with technical acumen. Equivalent experience may be considered. - MBA is an added Advantage - Minimum of 4 years in leading customer engagement or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in resource management, specifically in a high-volume, dynamic contact center environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Hold a Master's degree or MBA. - Exhibit strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of making data-driven business decisions. - Possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. - Demonstrate significant experience in managing outsourced contact center operations and leading multinational teams.,
